Prep Work
Prep work consists furniture removal or
consolidation, caulking, spackling, dropping all floors, covering
furniture, masking, taping, removal of fixtures, removal of electrical
outlet plates and much more. On house exteriors we thoroughly seal
all cracks with various types of commercial grade patching compounds depending on the
surface being patched and the size of the cracked subsurface.
We will repair minor cracks or minor dry rot before repainting
the home.
See examples of prep work below.
Pressure Washing
Pressure washing is used for exterior walls,
driveways, walkways, decks, porches, pool decks, garage doors, and
more. We will first apply a diluted bleach solution to mildewed areas prior
to pressure washing to guarantee those areas are completely cleaned.
Drywall Repair / Texture
Texture consists of splatters applied in
multiple sizes and multiple coats to better achieve a blend with the
existing drywall texture. We fill from minor holes in the drywall as
well as patching large holes. We can apply texture to drywall vertical
walls or ceilings, we can spray orange peel, knock-down or acoustical.
Trim Molding
We also install trim molding if requested by the home owner. We will
install or repair the following types of trim molding:
Chair rails,
Picture rails, Baseboards etc.
Painting
Painting is the largest of our tasks because it
ranges from simple wall-to-wall paintings to accent colors and murals.
Different types of colors, paints and
applications are available. Ask about decoration consultation if
needed. Typical
